I purchased a home from Brightland Homes in December 2024 at a reasonable price and have been living here happily ever since. Recently, I applied for the one-year warranty. Over the past year, I encountered issues in the house, but I never imagined that all of them would be addressed. Every home naturally experiences minor problems, and some issues seemed ambiguous in terms of warranty coverage.However, I was deeply impressed by the kind and prompt responses of my builder, Michael Rosander. He consistently provided quick replies and clear explanations. Initially, I was hesitant to trust Brightland Homes as a company, but living in this home has reassured me that it was a sound decision. Witnessing how they handled my warranty requests further solidified my confidence in their service.
