We have built three homes with Brightland/Gehan, we were a little hesitant about moving to Anna from Celina, but we loved the neighborhood. The Sales person Alan was amazing from start to finish, answering all of our questions/concerns. Andres the lead on our build was the most thorough builder we have ever had, he went above and beyond to make sure everything from our pre-closing inspection by a third party was completed to standard. We were paying 150+ in HOA fees at our last community, so our current HOA fee is way low in comparison to other communities.

My family and I have had a great experience so far. We are working with David. He has been extremely kind and professional. He is very knowledgeable has made the home buying process as smooth as possible.We have looked at many builders in Anna, and the quality of Brightland stands out.
