From the start of the planning process to the finish, Paige was always great to work with, she stayed on top of every detail. David and his construction team displayed great workmanship throughout the building process. We encountered a couple of issues which were handled very professionally and were resolved quickly. We have loved our home built by Bransom Homes! Working with Paige was also great, she has years of experience and gave great design advice and tips for first time home builders. Our home was built with lots of attention to detail and there are many areas throughout our home that get compliments every time we have people over. A common compliment is the strategic use of space with lots of cabinets and built in storage throughout the home. We 1000% recommend working with Branson Homes and Paige!

I’m thrilled with our new house! From start to finish Bransom Homes employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I would have been so overwhelmed but Paige and David made this process painless! Hopefully this will be our last home but if we do build again I would choose Bransom Homes again. Love them and my new home.

When we met with Paige and our real estate agent about purchasing a home in The Reverie we knew this was the perfect neighborhood and builder for us. My husband and I take recommendations very seriously and since my husband is in the building materials industry he was aware of what to look for in a builder as well as quality and reputation. Hands down Bransom Homes has fulfilled every requirement we needed and then some. Our neighborhood is truly special. Could not say enough incredible things about Bransom Homes. As this was our first home buying/building experience my wife and I were nervous about what to expect! Bransom homes not only made the process super easy but walked us through and educated us every step of the way. Harold and I have walked around Bailey Lake for years and admired the Heritage Village homes. However, they are highly sought after so we didn’t pursue one. In the early summer of 2023, we were returning to Burleson on Chisholm Trail and saw the model home for Reverie. We stopped and Harold knew Paige and soon felt like I had known her forever. At our first meeting, I had 25 requirements. Paige and David, with grace and patience, consulted us on every one as well as more that we requested. For example, I wanted wallpaper in the guest bath. No problem. David didn’t texture the walls or bullnose the drywall corner for easy wallpaper installation. The cabinet man constructed closet storage to my detailed specifications and the pantry shelves to accommodate my lazy Susan. David had us measure our golden doodle to insure he would fit through the doggie door. He calculated the arc of my Big Chill refrigerator to the edge of the island. I could go on and on about Paige and David having our best interest in mind. Furthermore, the neighborhood is diverse with young couples and empty nest couples. I don’t have to worry about the ambulance coming through the neighborhood on a regular basis like I would if we lived in a 55+ complex! A 16 acre nature park is going in behind our house. Many species of birds have discovered our bird feeder. When friends ask how I like my new home, I respond that it’s so livable. The bathroom heater blows on you when you enter the shower. We keep discovering all the well thought out features like that one. We don’t have to worry about making any cosmetic or structural upgrades in our lifetime. We’re busy making good memories.
