We bought our Bloomfield late last year and have been in it for nearly a year now. We love this home. And we really love paying much lower utility bills. Our electric bill is a fraction of what it was in our former home. Working with Bloomfield was easy and I enjoyed our home building process. Jacques was so good to help me pick finishes and colors and I was so grateful for that. Bloomfield is an excellent choice for your new home and I highly recommend them.

As a real estate broker Ive had the opportunity to work with many home builders and sales persons. Bloomfield is one of the best home builders in the area. The amenities and quality that they provide for the price far exceeds other builders. Jacques Rondeau is one of the most competent sales persons that Ive worked with. He took the time to explain the process to my clients and never made a hard push to sign the contract. During the build process his communication was excellent and his attention to detail was second to none. I will be bringing future clients to buy from Bloomfield and Jacques.

I bought my Bloomfield home in Garden Valley Farms May 2019. Jacques was so easy to work with and Ms. Hatties one of the nicest ladies you can meet. If you have any questions theyll have an answer. Bloomfield has so many eye catching floorplans & a lot of standard features other builders charge extra for. Glad I chose Bloomfield & the Carolina floorplan. That rotunda entry sold me instantly & I was glad the rest of the floorplan was just as spectacular.

We bought a Bloomfield home in Waxahachie. Jacques Rondeau, Miss Hattie and Hector Carbojal were absolutly phenomenal. Our new home was the last house that Hector finished before he moved onto another company. Sorry to see him go, Bloomfield homes really lost an excellent building manager. From start to finish, the communication was top notch. There were a couple bumps that were worked our efficiently and expediantly. I felt confident throughout the entire process and am so very happy with our new home. Bloomfield homes truly give you the most for your money.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jacques, Hattie & Anthony are incredible to work with! From the very beginning of our search process, to the sale, all throughout the build, and even now -3 weeks after we closed- they have assisted us every step of the way. David, the warranty manager, is easy to work with and talk to as well! Our experience has been phenomenal! Oh and let me brag about Jacques for a second here… we had a hiccup with our furniture delivery -they showed up to deliver without notice- so I called the only person I know in the neighborhood (for now), Jacques, and he took time out of his busy day and ran over to our house to make sure that we could have our furniture delivered! Y’all THAT is top notch service right there! We absolutely LOVE our home and the community!

This was absolutely a great experience. I just closed on my house in Garden Valley Ranch. Although a little stressful at times which could be because I was doing it all by myself while going to school and work full time, Jacques and Hattie was there to answer all my questions whenever I wanted clarity. They were always a welcoming smiling face that greeted you as you entered their office in the model. Anthony has also been great and accommodating. The end product: my home is absolutely beautiful and everything I hoped it would be. Now to move in and enjoy my retirement home.

This is our second Bloomfied Home. We bought our first one two years ago in Crowley. One weekend we just happened to driving through Waxahachie and saw that Bloomfied had homes here now. We stopped in at the model and met Jacques. He showed us the models they had and it didn’t take long for us to realize that we wanted to move. From start to finish Jacques has been there to answer all questions and help us with any concerns that we had. Since we have moved in he has checked in on us and made sure that we are doing ok and offered his help if we needed it. If you get the opportunity or if you are looking for new Home definitely come see Jacques and talk to him. He will not pressureyou or steer you wrong.

The thought and effort that went into designing, building, and staging these homes reflects the passion of those who do just that, and it is readily apparent.
