Our experience with Bloomfield Homes has been outstanding. Patrick, our sales agent, truly excelled in his role, impressing us with his dedication to customer satisfaction. He was straightforward, answered all our inquiries, and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the process, ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. Mitchell, the construction manager, also made a remarkable impression. He effectively managed his crew, ensuring that the construction of our home was top-notch. Whenever we encountered any issues, Mitchell addressed them promptly and professionally. His communication was clear, and he was always kind and attentive. He maintained a clean work environment and closely monitored his team to uphold high standards for our home. We are thrilled that we chose Bloomfield as our builder; it was an excellent decision. The only drawback we found was the limited selection of designer options and modern floor plans. We wish there were more materials to choose from, but overall, our experience has been very positive.

Bloomfield Homes have beautiful finish outs and spacious floorpans with very little wasted space. They make you feel like you’re getting a total steal with all the deals and incentives they offer. Silo Mills is such a great community. It is within walking distance to a brand new elementary school and has a community pool and pavilion. The neighborhood is super quiet. The surroundings are very rural but literally everything you could possibly need is close enough. Patrick was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and helpful and very low pressure. I wish all sales agents across all industries were as thorough, honest, and transparent as Patrick. While it didn’t work out for us this time, Bloomfield is still our top choice in new home builders.

Great experience with Bloomfield from clearing the lot to final touches. Patrick was awesome! He always responded quickly to my needs and questions. Mitchell, the project manager, was also great making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before closing. I highly recommend Bloomfield. You will not be disappointed!
