We love our new home. Weve been in our home for 4 months now and havent had any problems. There were some small craftsmanship issues on the part of a few of the subcontractors but bloomfield was eager to remedy everything in a timely manner. There were several setbacks like the ones mentioned in other reviews. All of them were attributed to supply chain issues outside the control of bloomfield, not to mention we signed our contract during the craziest buying frenzy in my lifetime. Builders and contractors were stretched thin trying to keep up with the demand. I believe they did all they could to get us into our home as quickly as possible....literally the day after the appliances were installed.

Bloomfield Team in Lavon Texas has been helpful and great through the process of building my 1st home. After my home was completed in 2022, the team was very responsive to warranty items which was great help for me. Thank you to the Bloomfield team in Lavon.
