As someone already stated they wait until your warranty is out and than say its cosmetic, but I told you when I moved in. How can something be cosmetics when Ive been here for less than 6mos. And now a year later still trying to get repairs done that should have been taken care of at inspection. A few neighbors dont have installation on one half side of the house and we have 2 walls with no installation? Yes the homes are nice and look pretty, but what about durability and long standing structures. I thought they be good because my mother used them 13yr ago but I guess the construction team changed and only cared about getting money not workmanship. Would not use again or recommend3/8/22 So updated, the VP reached out to us to see how he could resolve. He was here a whole 20mins walked thru house with my hubby and left. They are supposed to take care of rhe repairs and faulty work done. I will update again soon. Check back in 2 weeks.4/14/22 So I am pleased to say that although it took sometime all the repairs that needed to be done or should have been done are finally completed. They really stepped up to make sure they guaranteed their work as promise and fulfilled their end. I am Finally 100% pleased with our new home. I updated to 4stars only because of the initial unnecessary stress.Thank you

EGbB nice sounding chords is that not the dorian mode in music. But if your looking for a well built home. They would be the ones to talk to about it. So give them a call
