Great neighborhood, well constructed homes by Pacesetter (got my husbands thumbs up), sweet floorplans and the right amenities for growing families. Nice neighbors and easy accessibility to Kyle, San Marcos, and I-35 for a commute to Austin. -

Loved this community. Have a awesome 2 bedroom floorplan that is to die for with a study on the 2nd floor. Taxes are 2.5% out here and you can get USDA financing. -
