Great location short drive to HEB Plus and Leander train station. This gated community has lots of good floor plan options, and you will enjoy it here if you dont care for a large yard and the related maintenance. The sales team is good and they were quite responsive to questions and gave good guidance.The community appears empty due to the housing slowdown, but once it fills up it should get more lively.

Im happy to have found this community. High quality construction, upgrades at standard price and all details addressed, while other builders in the area have poorly constructed homes just caching on post covid demand.Sean Motalebi from sales office has been very helpful during the tour and Kelly is really responsive during the pre-closing walks and warranty requests.
