Loving our new Pulte Home & new community at Bison Ridge! From beginning to end all Pulte staff involved were professional, patient & knowledgeable! Chris Taylor- your patience in our initial meeting and our asking hundreds of questions gave us peace of mind to go ahead with the process. Jared Golub,-takes pride in his work & it shows! Great building manager who is very knowledgeable of the process and was able to answer all our questions and communicated with us through every step. Joshua Delgado -thank you for guiding us with the wonderful warranties Pulte Homes has to offer! Trish Johnson- our loan consultant answered all of our questions in a professional manner & truly guided and helped us get our numbers in order! Liz Saucedo- our loan processor was so patient as we navigated through the necessary documents. Words can’t express our gratitude toward this wonderful team! I love how Pulte homes give you options! Choose your floor plan then decide if you want an extra pantry, powder room or maybe a desk area! Cool! Ruben is super helpful and patient!

We definitely recommend Pulte for your new home! We are so happy with the treatment we received from everyone who worked with us through this process. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable employees in their respective areas and we always felt like our opinions and requests were taken into consideration. Chris in sales and Chris the construction manager were always on top of everything and so great to work with them. We are so happy with our experience and with our new home.

We are very happy with our new home. We have a wonderful experience. The process was very smooth. They helped us through the entire process from start to finish, explaining the process, and also helped us to find a buyout program for our exiting home. We love Pulte homes! This was our second home buying from Pulte. And we are very happy. We love our new home!We are very happy with our new home! We had an excellent experience. The purchasing process was very calm and we did not have any communication problems. Sales representative Chris Taylor was communicative as was Jared the construction manager. They helped us throughout the entire process. They also gave us advice on a good program to sell our existing home. The buying and selling process was very easy.
