Betenboughs new home warranty is amazing! The whole team has been wonderful and incredibly responsive. I did not expect them to get out to our house within the day for a non emergent repair but they sure did show right on up! We have had the pleasure of working with Zeke who goes above and beyond! He is so kind and professional! He also does an amazing job of explaining everything. I’ve also appreciated how well he respects and works alongside the specialists who have come in (electricians and Sergio the tile guy!) -

I just closed on a new Betenbough for my client in Bell Farms. Maranda was our Sales associate. She helped explain the builder incentives that best maximized my clients purchasing power. She was very patient with my clients and always got back to us in timely manner. The final blue tape walk through process with Bobby was easily the best experience I have had with new construction in a couple years. Bobby was extremely thorough. Two days after the initial walk through every singe item that was identified was remedied and the home was professionally cleaned for delivery. I was very pleased with the service he provided my clients during the final and most critical phase of the home buying process. -

Everyone with Betenbough has been a blessing and with Anything new or old there may be couple of hiccups to take care of but everyone was very quick and happy to respond. I tell everyone my home is a God blessing. I never thought I would ever have a home of my own and it all started with a letter and a feeling when I received the letter.
