Just sharing an experience. Me and my wife were shopping in a neighborhood that Berry home builders were constructing a new build. I saw their sign and figured Iβd call to get more insight on the build process, pricing and construction costs. The community had very strict construction requirements . They could have told us lies or to get lost, but they were very transparent and honest about the costs etc.. This really helped us in making a good family decision. My assumption is if they were this friendly to a random stranger Iβm sure their work ethic is the same :).. Canβt thank them enough
