    Mike was extremely patient and thorough. The neighborhood is wonderful; quiet and spacious. Pricing is very competitive for what Kindred offers. I really like the location as well. The only downside is that you have to drive a bit for grocery store, but I’m sure there will be one coming closer very soon.

    Mike was very professional and friendly. My wife and I popped in without an appointment and was greeted warmly. Mike answered all of our questions enthusiastically and provided handout as back up. We were able to visit some open lots and one home under construction.
