Sue is the best! I had a property listed that she bought for land value, and she was so accommodating to my client and his needs. She gave us a more than fair offer for the property, was patient with the leaseback, and was a joy to do business with. Plus, she builds some absolutely stellar homes. Hope to do more business in the future! -

Brad and Sue recently built a house on my block. Weβve had plenty of new builds go up in our neighborhood, but none like this! The house is not only beautiful, but they were such kind and courteous builders - always checking on us neighbors to make sure there werenβt issues with the construction. And I could not believe how quickly they were done. Other builders started before them and months after Brad and Sue were done those other houses still werenβt complete. Canβt say enough nice things about the quality of their work and them as people. -

Buying a Berk Walters home was the best decision we made! Weve purchased a few homes over the years as we moved around but nothing compares to the quality of Berk Walters. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they continue to be responsive even after we moved in to help with whatever we need (this was not the case with past builders we had to deal with).
