Edgar,Rita and I wanted to thank you for what has been an outstanding experience with Bella Vista Custom Homes. Rita and I were unsure what to expect and apprehensive of the project because of the COVID Pandemic. The experience was an adventure and everything we could have hoped for. You, Maribel, Glen, Adam, Miguel, Armando, Oscar and the team at Bella Vista treated us with respect and understanding every step of the way. From the initial process of selecting our building location x2, through construction and final closing, all of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Glen always made us feel that our satisfaction and needs were the first priority for Bella Vista. The project stayed on track while following all CDC COVID guidelines and we were kept in consistent contact on all progress and updates. At every step of the construction, Bella Vista fulfilled all commitments on time and was exceptionally dependable. Rita always wanted a Bella Vista home and her dream has become a reality, it was truly a great experience. Glen- the house is stunning!!! We are so pleased with your hard work , leadership and all the upgrades!! Greetings! I cannot say enough about Mr.& Mrs. Edgar & Maribel Garcia and the rest of their awesome team at Bella Vista! Starting on the first day of our process Team Bella Vista worked diligently to meet our needs, especially with my wife’s ever changing design plans! (Lol) Team Bella Vista remained patient and flexible in meeting all of our needs! At times it seemed like a love/hate relationship when there are as a difference in opinion, but that’s what family (Yes I SAID FAMILY) do. We disagree one minute and the next minute we’re best friends all over again. This is how Team Bella Vista treated Nichole and I, just like family!!! Team Bella Vista took our vision and exceeded all of our expectations and created Nichole and I the PERFECT dream home! If you don’t believe me, you’re welcome to DRIVE by, don’t stop, and take a look at our perfect piece of paradise on earth!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Dear Mr. Garcia:I wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and commendation to you and your staff on the renovation project of our home that was completed in an extremely timely and professional manner with no disruption to our livelihood.Major construction can be a nuisance to many home owners. This was not the case with us. The great attention to detail by your Foreman Glen and your crew, under your leadership, was nothing less than superior. We were given a Builder Trend Calendar that we followed religiously. Without missing a mark all the jobs as calendared were completed with no mishaps. Again this attention to detail in every aspect was very much appreciated.The main scope of the job was the renovation of four rooms, entire roof, pillars, sky lights, pool deck, window seals and rock walls. The crews work-space was always clean and organized and protected as we were.The most impressive aspect of the job was the great workmanship, reliability, and professionalism of your staff, and your company.Its been a pleasure completing our renovation with such a notable Builder. I would highly recommend Bella Vista Custom Home Builder to any entity, in any industry, because of the quality of craftsmanship and your extremely professional staff. Our decision to go with Bella Vista was an easy one. From the beginning, we felt as if we were more than just a number. They took the time to explain the entire process and answer any questions we had. We absolutely LOVE our new Bella Vista home! It was absolutely amazing watching our home being built from the ground up and watching it all come together. Our situation was different as we lived out of town during most of the build. However, with the buildertrend app, we were able to see the progress. We had a great experience! Their team easily sets them apart from everyone else. They answered the tons of questions that we had. They were really patient with us as my wife changed her mind almost every day. They were available to us at any time of the day. We never felt out of the loop on any part of the build. My wife and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone that we worked with along the way was great and very professional. Bella Vista does an amazing job making sure that youre happy throughout the entire building process. We are thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend Bella Vista to any/everyone.

We loved every minute of getting our custom home built with Bella Vista Homes! Edgar, Maribel, and Grisel make you feel like family and are wonderful people to work with. Glen is very patient and explained things to us in great detail and helps you understand the construction process. My only complaint is the preferred lender they have chosen which is Weststar Home loans. Not happy with them. Everything else was great. Theres been a few things that came up after the move in but Michelle and Glen have been prompt and attentive to get them fixed. Highly recommend!!
