We really enjoyed working with Mitch. He was very nice, not salesy at all. We felt like he listened to us when we spoke and worked for us to get us the best deal possible. He seemed like he cared about getting us into a home at a price we were comfortable with and we appreciated him for that. He was knowledgeable but never pushy. Mitch just seems like an all around good guy and if you’re looking to buy a home and would prefer a low stress transaction, I would send you to Mitch at Century Communities.We also had a great experience with the builder, James. He listened to our requests with no judgment and got things taken care of. He’s very down to earth and hard working. We se him everyday on site and he’s very approachable. It’s a tough market to buy a home right now and we couldn’t be happier with the fact that we went with a house from Century Communities and had the opportunity to work with these two individuals.

Great boutique community with appealing floor plans, ask for Mitch he is very knowledgeable. Goes the “extra mile.” Extremely responsive which is comforting for someone like me who asks too many questions!
