The best! Thank you Bella Roca. Closed on our house and a week later the sewer gave us problems due to spectrum damaging it and not notifying anyone about it! Ricardo and Ivan Valverde responded to my call late at night. Thank you! For taking care of your clients! Sewer was fixed right away even if it hadn’t been Bella roca’s fault! Thank you and I strongly recommend to buy homes from them! Other contractor/seller would’ve just ignored and would have fixed problem days later, not Bella Roca! Thank you guys! We are very happy with our new home!
