My husband and I have been coming to Young Ranch for over a year, knowing that this location was where we wanted to be when we finally sold our home and built our next home for our growing family. We were dealing with another sales rep for a long time and he was good, but Charlene is FANTASTIC! She made this whole process smooth and easy which is no small feat considering how stressful moving is to begin with, not to mention the added stress of building a home with all the custom finishes. Shes communicated with us throughout the entire process and made my husband and I, as well as our entire family feel great about the experience. I cant wait to move into our new home and hope Charlene is there to help us celebrate when we break open the champagne at the housewarming party!

My husband and I were really impressed with not only the property but also with the representative that showed us around. Homes were beautiful and spacious. Thoughtful floor plans and great finishes. Wish there was a community in the area we were wanting to move to.
