Me and my fiancé bought our home last month through Marlo. I seriously hope they keep her at this location she is super sweet, always on top of things, and very informative. Keith was the building manager he was also always on top of things and very nice. Both make a great team. I constantly tell people I know how much I love the community and the team here at Beazer. Our signing for the home took 30 minutes or less. The process to build the home we were updated weekly and welcomed to stop by to check it out. My realtor was super impressed by the team at Beazer. Even my inspector was impressed by the build quality. He brought up how great all the new major mechanics are in the home. Nothing but extremely small cosmetic things to fix per my inspector. Which is not common according to the inspector. I love my home and have been in it for almost a month. Highly recommend Beazer. We almost bought Lennar and realized how much more we get price wise through Beazer when compared to Lennar. Hope the management team keeps Marlo and Keith they are an amazing asset to the wildflower ranch community. Will continue to refer people to Beazer.

Beazer Wildflower ranch is a nice community, Travis is an excellent person to work with. He responds to calls and messages promptly. Looking forward to buy a home in this community.
