Weve had nothing but great experiences with the entire Beazer team since we decided to build a home earlier this year. Kim Paxton has been a wonderful guide and resource for us, so much so that we sometimes pop into the sales office just to say hi! Our entire team - sales, design studio, foreman - has been incredible!Being able to do regular walk-throughs with our builder rep to ensure everything is where we want, that all our extras are in place, and to show us all the inner workings of the home has been a HUGE bonus.Our team always answer our questions quickly and thoroughly, making us know we made the right choice in builders. Our house is moving along at a steady pace and is on track to finish on time; were excited to see the finished product in just a few short weeks !

We were pleased with our experience with Kim Paxton. Kim was very friendly, helpful, knowledgble, and transparent throughout the entire sales process. She answered all of our questions, and was personable.We are grateful for the flexibility Beazer allows for us to choose some of the details and colors of our new home. We are excited to finalize the design of our home and watch it be built!

Update 1/5/24:Unfortunately Sales Agent Frank moved to a different company. Well, the Management placed KIM PAXTON and she is an amazing person as well. She has a lot of patience to handle everyone with deep knowledge on what your needs are. She values your rituals / vastu etc whichever country / place you are from! Kudos to her !Old Message:Management team: you need to read this and note it down:The Sales Agent (Mr Frank) in this whitewing location, seems to be a ONE of a precious person. So down to earth, so kind and has a deep knowledge on all the questions. I have met severals and severals of sales consultants across builders - and some are worse and some act to be like nice. But Mr Frank is a very gentle person and great by nature. For me to go ahead and make my purchase agreement with Beazer, Mr Frank played a vital role.He didn’t do anything above or special but his default attribute covers everything! He should be highly considered and kept precious by beazer management, if you need more business, you place him and now he is in the right spot. Kudos to Mr Frank for what all he does.
