My husband and I have looked at several new build communities in Texas City but on the outskirts in the new neighbor hoods going up everywhere, but couldnt decide where we wanted to build. We either couldnt find the plan we wanted or the agent was rude and disinterested. So, we decided to inquire about a new build community going up in the city Beazer Homes. We met with Kennedy and were sold immediately! Kennedy is what made our decision for us. She is so sweet, informative, and always available for any questions day or night. She made this feel right. No regrets! Beazer Homes are by far the best builders with spray foam insultation, fold down double pane windows, and automatic set up for hurricane proofing your home just to name a few. But the best part is who they have representing them and that is Kennedy! If you are looking for a home in Texas City I would recommend Beazer Homes and Kennedy. Both will make you KNOW you made the right decision on building your dream home! -
