Beazer Homes truly is the best builder in the area. Im not just saying that. Do your research first! You will quickly find that Beazer is the only builder designing their units with insulating foam sprayed in the attics and all exterior walls. Everyone else uses the pink fiberglass or pulp in attics, accompanied with spurts of canned spray insulation to try and seal off bugs, making it an opened envelope (50+ yr old design). Beazer creates a closed envelope system which insulates the attic, allowing the A/C to be much more energy efficient and helps maintain less wear & tear, with the entire home feeling comfortable. Thus giving the owner a very inexpensive electric bill! Go with Beazer, you really cant go wrong.

Wow! Such a unique community. 68 unique modern farmhouse and craftsman style homes. Lake views, no back neighbors. Walking distance to amenities 💕🏡🏡🔑. The Focal point of the main entrance of BRIDGELAND! Front and back lawn maintenance.
