I recently had the pleasure of working with the sales consultants at a new development neighborhood for real estate, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service and knowledge they provided.From the moment I walked into the sales office, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The sales consultants were incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the builders, and the various floor plans available. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.I ended up deciding to purchase a home in this new development neighborhood, and I couldnt be happier with my decision.Overall, I would highly recommend this new development neighborhood to anyone in the market for a new home. The customer service from the sales consultants was top-notch, and the builders at this Community have truly created a wonderful place to live. I am proud to call this community my home.

I was searching for a house for about a year before I came across Bear Creek by Century Communities. The sales reps were very helpful and accommodating. They were sincerely interested in what was best for me. I immediately fell in love with my home! It checked off all of my boxes and then some!! The overall experience was the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the home is the best there is, and the incentives are even better. Century Communities truly thinks of the buyer and their needs from start to finish! They are the very best in the business!!

My clients just moved into their home after a site unseen purchase. The experience was seamless. The sales Rep Daniel is responsive and helpful, which makes answering client questions a breeze. Buddy, the construction manager was amazing. He took his time with me on more than one occasion to ensure all items were taken care of prior to the client arriving and also did another walk through after the client moved in and was settled. I know my clients are happy and as a realtor, that is what it is all about!
