After living in the same home for over 20 years, I was a little nervous about the “new” home buying process. Gustavo at New Home Co helped make the process easier than I expected. He was always willing to offer his advice and recommendations, which turned out perfectly. I’ve been in my new home for a couple of weeks now and Georgio has taken care of issues that came up after closing. I only regret not buying a New Home Co home sooner. -

Awesome neighborhood and salesperson! We recently purchased a home in this community and we love it! The salesperson Gustavo Mata is SO friendly and personable. He is very outgoing and knowledgeable about the floor plans and the community. He’s always willing to help. This small community is great. It’s very nice and quiet. I wouldn’t trade my home or neighborhood for anything. Come to New Home at Balmoral and speak to Gustavo today!
