He provided detailed advice on maintaining our home to keep it in top shape. Even our realtor, with 20 years of experience, was impressed by Mike and Rons attention to detail and the quality of the homes they built. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! -

Amazing experience. Castlerock delivered an incredible home with a caring approach throughout the entire process. Mr Michael Corrigan represented our needs and concerns as if we were family. From the beginning, a phone call from the northeast, 6 months later a viewing of the model and signing a contract, to the day after closing, Mr Corrigan exceeded all our expectations. Michael Corrigan was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was personable and trustworthy. Communicative and relentless in representing us in every aspect. Even with design gallery access, lender miscommunication, and contract changes, he was our consistent voice to ensure we were prioritized. He approached every detail of our requests and concerns directly, honorably, with no delay. Ron also managed our build seamlessly and capped the entire project with a sense of comfort you want in a new construction. Castlerock is the builder you want and Mr Corrigan is the representative you need to walk you through and get you to the finish-line, and Ron will build you to home of your dreams. -

My husband and I purchased a home through Castle Rock last year in November. I have to say Mark Adams was AMAZINGGGG to work with. He was always there to answer my questions no matter what time, and if he didnt know; he definetly would find out asap. His over 20 plus years experienced showed. We absolutely loved Mark. last but not lease, Kelly was awesome as well. She made sure we were more than happy with the outcome of our new home. If we were unhappy with anything or if something was missed she was on it!!!!!!!! We definitely would recommend Castle Rock to our family and friends. We also look forward on buying our next house in the future with them. -

This is my first home purchase and build. Rafael was my sales rep and Landon my construction manager. Covid presented some hiccups and delays relative to material and labor, but the team at CastleRock was communicative every step of the way. One thing I really LOVE about this builder is the personable experience offered during the building of your home. Upon your contract initiation, you receive their mobile numbers and have the leisure to contact them for practically ANYTHING! I definitely have to offer kudos to Landon! I probably have talked to him everyday since December; but he was always transparent and never provided false or misleading information as it related to the completion of my home. This by far could’ve been a much more negative process, but I would definitely build with them again! I highly recommend this builder. -

We purchased a home form castle rock in July and I have to say it was the best experience we have had . We went to other builders in the balmoral neighborhood but decided to go with Castle Rock. Rosa was great, from the first day to making sure on explaining to us our contract . From day one everything was just like we were told they would be . Rosa made the whole process very easy and always answered all the questions we had . Construction manager was incredibly knowledgeable about doing the pre walk and final walk of our home . 5 months after and we are in love with our home and I would highly recommend castle rock , ! -

I finally closed on my house In Balmoral and I only have Rafael to thank. He was absolutely amazing and took care of me every step of the way. With Covid and the winter storm, things were a little delayed, but he ensured that I was always updated on what was taking place. His communication was superb throughout the entire process. I can’t thank Rafael enough! If you’re thinking of building or purchasing in Balmoral, make sure to ask for Rafael, you won’t be disappointed. -
