Baladez Construction Inc. is definitely a wonderful company to work with! Hurricane Beryl caused a massive oak tree to fall on our brand new home. We were devastated by all the damage that was done. We had met with several general contractors but decided to go with BCI after speaking to Daniel Jr. He was knowledgeable and explained things clearly regarding how the process works. BCI provided a line-by-line item estimate and worked with our insurance company to get the repairs approved. The owner, Daniel Sr., is super friendly and easy to work with. Throughout the process, all of the workers were friendly and kept the construction areas neat and tidy. Their main employees were all nice and pleasant to work with as well. BCI was able to finish our repairs ahead of schedule, and we were able to move back into our home right before Thanksgiving. This was a HUGE project (roof, framing, drywall, painting, electrical, patio, etc.) and they were able to complete all the work as promised. What we like most about BCI is their commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent communication. We asked A LOT of questions and they were always quick to respond to our concerns. We highly recommend BCI for all of your home remodeling/restoration needs!

Working with Daniel and Daniel Jr. at Baladez Construction on our home renovation project was an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field, but also dedicated to providing top-notch quality and timely responses. They took the time to fully understand and appreciate what we needed and helped us develop a tailored solution that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, when a few small issues arose after our renovation was completed (as they typically do), the team immediately returned to address our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied. We fully intend to use them for all of our home renovation projects. I cannot recommend Baladez Construction highly enough for anyone looking to do a home renovation project.

My husband and I wanted to make some changes and additions to our home, as it would seem more feasible as oppose to moving. We called four companies for bids and felt the most comfortable with Baladez Construction due to the communication follow ups and etc.Daniel Sr came out a few times as our vision changed prior to starting the renovations. Daniel was very personable and easy to communicate with. We decided to add a shower to our half bath, convert the dinning room into a playroom, convert the garage tandem into a flex work space and the former flex into a bedroom.We started our project in April and finished early June. We are extremely happy and pleased with everything. Daniel Sr, Daniel Jr, the project manager David and the painter Chuy, everyone was pleasant and addressed any concerns. If we needed anything David was always available and responded timely. They were very accommodating to any changes we made throughout the process.If you are looking for a contractor to renovate or repair your home, look no further. You will not be disappointed! Baladez Construction will be our choice for all things construction.

The Baladez construction company gets 5 stars, they were excellent to work with throughout the process. Daniel , the owner, has a kind spirit and he was wonderful. I was sold on the line by line itemization, to go over the original estimate.The workers were a reflection of the owner. Each trade was excellent at what they had to do. They arrived on time or early each day.I was overjoyed to have a professional designer on the team. Emilyn is a creative genius with the heart of an Angel. I was given choices. Each option with function, budget and beauty in mind .Emilyn was able to create a beautiful bathroom that looks like fabulous and will function in my senior years My bathroom is beautiful and timeless.I am beyond pleased with the makeover.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Our home recently sustained major damage from a car driving through the front bedroom. When this happened we didn’t know where to turn, with most contractors telling us that the job was “too big for them.” We were recommended Daniel from another well respected contractor. Daniel put us at ease and made the process as painless as possible. Daniel and his crew did an amazing job repairing our home in a timely manner. They listened and guided us to making it better than we could have ever imagined. They were all also super friendly and fast, and the construction never really impeded our daily lives. They were so well organized and kept the job site so clean! We are incredibly grateful we found Daniel and could not recommend him enough!We will be using Daniel for all future projects!

Baladez Construction was very fair in their pricing and even helped me brainstorm ways to cut costs and stick to a budget. They were professional and the work was well done. When a problem or small mishap came up, they worked hard to remedy the situation to my satisfaction. They gutted and renovated 3 bathrooms and took out a closet and turned the area into a mudroom. I was able to show them pictures of what I wanted and they made the dream happen! Id definitely hire them again.

Daniel and his crew quickly and efficiently came to our rescue after our water heater busted causing water damage. Daniel was very honest compared to others that I had come out to give a quote. They did wonderful work on our walls, floors, and ceiling To repair the damage and make it look like new again. Daniel and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was put back the way it was before and correctly done. Great communication and we plan to use them again in future projects!

Having to deal with repairs was not what we were expecting during the first month of moving into our new house. There were plumbing issues which required cutting through walls and ceilings of multiple rooms and removing tile from a newly renovated fireplace. With Christmas just a few weeks away, we were beginning to feel a bit disappointed that our new house would not be adorned with Christmas decor, but would be under construction with ladders, painters canvas, and other materials and tools throughout the rooms.After our plumber took care of the plumbing issues, we called in the professionals at Baladez Construction Inc. to take care of the walls, ceilings, tile work, crown molding and painting. The team understood that we were hoping to have everything done by Christmas. With digilent planning they were able to coordinate around our familys schedule and complete the project in a timely manner, given us more than enough time to get our house ready for Christmas.We also took the opportunity to update our restroom ventilation system and repaint the handrails of the staircase, all of which the Baladez team was able to take care of.If you were to walk into our house you would never know that just a few weeks ago we were dealing with the headache of plumbing issues. Were thankful for the Baladez team making this process stress-free and providing excellent service througout the project.Dont hesitate to give them a call.

Balladez Construction was outstanding from beginning to end.. The pre-construction consultation set the tone for project. Daniel his site manager(David) went step-by-step how work would be done. Day1 David met material delivery truck and accounted for everything needed. Each day he gave us a status review and stayed with workers entire day.The workers were the best:professional, polite, and efficient.They prep the home to allow least evasive and continuous cleaning as they worked. They arrived early each day to survey the work and continued working the entire day. Linda was not completely satisfied with minor details and the crew came back next day and worked until she(we) were COMPLETELY SATISFIED. No questions or push back... amazing.Again, the sheetrockers, painters, electrician, and other workers were Top Grade-A. Finally, the pricing for the professional work goes unmatched and we are looking forward to other projects such as flooring restoration in a few week. Lastly, the front office has to be the most welcoming and friendliest staff around.Baladez Construction is the Best!!!

Both engineering and construction teams have extensive experience and strong technical skills. The experience was excellent. Workers came on time and are professional. The team had a great attention to detail and did an excellent job. I was impressed when they provided a detail quote by each room. Daniel provided a schedule of what to expect each week. The project was completed ahead of schedule. The Owner Mr. Daniel even went out of his way to help me get a supplement on our insurance claim for the roof. Definitely helped and ensured that i got the right amount of money from my insurance. I would not trust anyone else for the simple fact that Mr. daniel was very patient and walked us through what was a difficult process. He Offered very reasonable pricing and what is best, he provided great quality work. My house was left clean as it was when they started. I love people who take pride in their work. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and save yourselves headaches. Mr. Daniel with BCI will take care of all your needs. We hired Baladez Construction to complete a major house remodeling project on a house which we recently bought. The project included: significant wall repair from foundation work; the extension and customization of a laundry room; the remodeling of a kitchen; adding a partial wall between two rooms; installation of new doors; and complete painting. There were several other items including electrical and plumbing jobs that were also part of our project.We cannot say enough positive things about Baladez Construction. We were pleased at every step of the process. Daniel was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. He listened and made very good suggestions at each step of a large, complicated job. Even when we ran into difficulties, he and his team came up with excellent solutions.Daniels core team of painters and construction workers are experienced craftsmen. They are diligent, even perfectionistic in their work. They do not take short cuts or rush through the job. The walls and construction work were just outstanding! Likewise the cabinet, electrical, and plumbing sub-contractors were also very competent. We were especially impressed by the talented work of the cabinet makers. The cabinet work included: new door/drawer fronts throughout; reconfiguring some cabinets; and custom-building some new cabinets. The final result was just what we desired! They look great! We also had new doors installed which look great as well!We were so pleased with the work done on this house that we hired Baladez to update and paint a house that we are selling. Once again, we were not disappointed...BCI did an excellent job with the second house as well. We will hire BCI any time we need home repair or remodeling done in the future. Thank you again, Daniel, for a job well done!

Baladez Construction Inc. did an amazing job restoring our home beyond expectations. We experienced a lot of damage from the Watson Grinding Explosion (Beltway 8 & Clay Spring Branch Area) back in January of 2020. We live within the blast radius and our structure was compromised as well as significant damage to the stucco, garage, exterior and interior of our home. Baladez Construction even helped negotiate with the adjusters and meet them on sight to point out the damage. They did an outstanding job at working with the insurance. It was a process but they were able to fight for us and get our provider to cover the full amount of the damage covered. The restoration came out wonderful! We got all new stucco on the outside as well as fresh sheetrock and interior on the inside (new flooring, windows, doors, paint, baseboard, crown, shower, etc). The home had to be completely gutted and redone due to the damage. We also put an addition onto the back of our home while they were here. Couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything came out and the manner in which they handled themselves. I was not looking forward to the process of rebuilding after the explosion, but Daniel Sr. made me feel at ease with his knowledge and ability to come up with a solution for any issue we had. I would definitely use them again and I even recommended them to some neighbors for their damage. Happy we chose to use them for our project and now we have the best looking house on the block!

I found Baladez Construction on the BBB site. I contacted a dozen contractors/remodelers and so happy we used Daniel and his team. They knocked our walk in shower down to the studs, removed 2 fur downs and replaced floor tile in our master bath. We LOVE how It turned out! I cannot say enough great things about Baladez Construction. They were professional through the whole process. They addressed any questions and concerns in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend and will be using them for future projects!

Daniel Baladez completed a bathroom remodel, interior and exterior painting, stucco repair, floor refinishing, and applying epoxy to the garage floor. He has good, skilled crews. They completed the work in a timely manner, professionally, and the finished work was excellent. Daniel Baladez is very easy to work with and cares about the quality of his work. I highly recommend him.

Contractor is knowledgeable, competent and a pleasure to do business with. Sincere, straight forward communication. Always kept me updated with the progress of the renovations of my 2.5 bathrooms. Gave detailed suggestions for bathroom designs. Showed various 3-D virtual designs on the computer. A calendar layout of demolition and installation was provided. Expertise craftsmanship. Professional workers. Quality materials. Helped me receive extra financial assistance from my home insurance. Did additional small construction work in other parts of the house for a reasonable extra pay. Bathroom project bid was very reasonable and affordable. Will consider doing business with the Baladez Construction Inc. for future home renovations.

We hired Daniel Construction to replace the roof, install a new plumbing system, remodeling, and reconstructions. Daniel is very easy to work with, easy to communicate, a very professional individual, and works in a timely manner. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. At the same time, we hired a couple of other companies to do other works and it was horrible, we should have hired Daniel for all works instead of divide it out the projects. We would hire Daniel again should we need anything else in the future. Highly recommends.

Daniel at BCI General Contractors Design Build went the extra mile to complete our new gorgeous patio cover. From the initial architecture concept, engineering, working with the HOA ARC committee and receiving our blessing, BCI handled it all. Daniel provided a detailed itemized estimate reflecting the architecture and engineering construction documents. BCI took care of everything in between transferring paper construction documents to a full blown construction making our patio cover a reality. Although we all know construction can be a process. BCI General Contractors Design Build went the extra mile to assure all concerns and delays were handled to my satisfaction. Our New Custom Patio Cover looks amazing. Thank you Daniel!

Baladez had a lot of work to do in terms of both drywall repair and painting my entire house. They did an excellent job at these things - applying texture which matched existing, matching color when needed, repairing drywall to where you couldnt tell there had been damage previously, applying fully and completely paint throughout, attention to detail, listening to my requirements and following instructions, protection of valuables. Great value. Ill call them in the event that I need their expertise again.

Dan’s estimate on the job was less than half of the other two contractors. They came out and removed about 100 bricks and the original lintel. They cleaned the mortar from brick and installed the new lintel. They used the same brick and matched the mortar exactly. They completed the job in a few hours— the other brick contractors said it would take 2 days. The cleanup was complete and they did a great job.. I wa very happy with all aspects of their work and would highly recommend Baladez Construction
