Great experience with Azali Homes! This was our first new construction purchase and everything went very smoothly. They even went above and beyond by changing the color of the front door and garage door to our preference. Would definitely recommend Azali if you are looking for a new home.

We have been in our home for two weeks now. Everything works and looks really good. The only issues are minor cosmetic things that have been easy to fix. The quality seems to be really solid. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The only wish we have is that the grass had been more established as it seemed the sod was just starting to take root. But again minor and watering has fixed it.We would have no reservation recommending a home here to any of our friends or family.

I ve been waiting to leave a review until I knew for sure how I felt. I have to say I’m very please with our new home. Aside from it being beautiful and well well put together they have above all else been very accommodating. From day one Karo and Team have been easy to work with and eager to address any concerns we may have had. Very respectful and responsive. Even 5 months after closing when we had a few concerns occur they were addressed in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of Karo, Lisa and everyone else. I highly recommend Azali Homes. My family and I couldn’t be more happy.

They provided my clients with a beautiful, well constructed home and went over and beyond with their professionalism during the process. They have systems in place to make sure that everyone knows exactly what is going on with one of their properties at any given time. While working towards a closing deadline, they always had a team of people working on the home. Every time I stopped by the property on my clients’ behalf, there were always people at the home working on moving the home closer to completion. Azali Homes has been great throughout the process of building our home and has definitely made it memorable. This is our first time buying and building a home so we werent sure what to expect. When we were looking for a home we had a baby girl and were expecting another one so we were looking for a house large enough to grow in.Our Realtor spoke highly of their homes and recommended them and we are so happy with the results. Cindy, Lisa and Sara have been helpful the whole time and actually everyone else we have talked to on the team has been friendly and happy to help us. They were always willing to work with our schedules for walk throughs and patient with us when we picked our various options for the house.I was surprised they remembered that we had just had a baby and asked how everything went and Cindy even remembered our daughters name. Also, I accidentally texted Cindy while she was on vacation and she still called me to answer my questions.Even after weve closed they are still addressing our questions and concerns. We love our new home and cant wait to make so many memories with our family!
