I highly recommend building with Avonley! The workmanship is nothing like Ive seen. We love our home! Its definitely true, you get what you pay for. There is no cutting corners with Avonley. They do what they say, when the say theyre going to do it. Thats pretty rare these days! Even after closing, theyre still with you if you need them. Andrew is awesome, as well as the construction crew!

We built our first home with Avonley in the fall of 2020 and have been extremely happy with it ever since. Its a beautiful house that is well built and was priced very fairly as compared to others on the market. Theyve been quick to respond to and fix any warranty issues weve had during the first year and have been very helpful along the way. We are so happy in our home and would be happy to build with Avonley or Reece in the future for our next home.

We recently purchased our home with Avonley homes and couldnt be more happy. There were small cosmetic issues upon closing time, which is common, but Ben ensured all issues were taken care of in a timely manner. The effort and care put into the completion of the home was noticed, we would recommend anyone to purchase with Avonley Homes.

The greatest part of my purchasing an Avonley home was with their preferred lender Mitchell Kleckley at Pilgrim Mortgage. He kept me more informed than the Avonley design team and made everything a seamless home buying process.

Avonley Homes did a fantastic job with our home. We didn’t get to pick everything from the start of our process but they were more than willing to tweak a few things that were important to us before closing.The quality of home is second to none and was everything we were looking for.Their industry has been hit hard over the last year and they’ve done a great job at “rolling with the punches”.I’d highly recommend Avonley to anyone looking for a home builder.

Avonley is INCREDIBLE! We would recommend everyone build with them whether its your first home (like it is for us) or your last. The floor plan is exactly what we were looking for and thoroughly thought out. The quality stood out when searching for a home and seeing so many others. Jennifer and staff supported us through the entire process. They answered all of our questions and really made us feel like their only customer. We built with them site unseen and picked everything out over video calls. We have been in our home almost 2 years and we love everything about it. They continued to see to our needs in a timely manner after building. We LOVE Avonley homes and I wish they could build for us everywhere we go!

I’m thankful for Ben, Andrew, and Landon, that worked with my husband and me on building our new home. Andrew and Landon answered our questions promptly, and they were very patient with us. I have always heard building a home was a headache, but since I didn’t have to actually build the home and just told them what I liked, it was an enjoyable experience.
