My family recently purchased a home in Avalon at Cypress, built by Taylor Morrison. While the community has a good reputation, I found the construction quality to be just okay—not quite up to par. I had to reach out to them for minor fixes both inside and outside the house. Thankfully, they promptly addressed the issues, but it would have been better if these details were handled during the initial construction. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, but I hope they improve their attention to detail in the future.

Taylor Morrison has some absolutely incredible floorplans in the $600K price point. And their quality is continually in demand from my new construction clients.

John, Jeff and the workers who built my house, and everyone that was a part of coordinating this build have truly outdone themselves with the level of work and detail they have put into my home. It has literally transformed into my dream home before my eyes and I am incredibly grateful for that. John has advocated for every bit of my home to turn out as I had envisioned and seeing that vision come to life is beyond words can explain. It’s been a pleasure to work with them all. So happy!
