We selected Arrow Custom Homes in March of 2019 to build our dream home in Fulshear Texas. This was our first custom home building experience. We have owned two other homes both of which were new builds where we selected a floor plan in a master planned community from a builder and had some input into flooring, paint colors, tile etc. Building a custom home is a very different process - custom means custom as you get to select your location - design floor plan - and make all selections from the toilet tissue holders and door knobs to the appliances, windows, flooring etc. We were somewhat naive about the custom home building process and frankly not prepared for the level of participation that is available to you as you plan, design, and create your custom home. That is where Douglas Bingham really shines. From the very first meeting to our closing he served as our guide and advisor. He prepped us in our initial meetings for what we would need to do to make the process flow smoothly such as selections of exterior colors and finishes before interior finishes and appliances. His years of experience and expert guidance from start to finish was so very helpful. He was an absolute delight to work with. While any home building project or remodel is stressful, we had a great experience. There were things that came up along the way in the process that we wanted to change even after a lot of planning when you see it in 3 D vs. on paper we needed some adjustments. We cannot say enough about Douglas and his patience and willingness to make changes. At the end of the day he wanted us to be happy with the outcome. We consider our home a work of art and we are so very proud of it. Thank you Douglas and Arrow Custom Homes for making our dream home a reality.

We bought an Arrow Custom home as a resale. The home is extremely well built. While we have completely remodeled the home, we cant help but admire the craftmanship and quality of the builder. Our home was built in 2007 and the quality of the build is exceptional.
