I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ciara, my customer care representative from Centex. From the moment I reached out with warranty concerns, she has been nothing short of amazing. Ciara consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues I had were addressed immediately.Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail have made what could have been stressful situations so much easier to navigate. She truly cares about the homeowners she works with, and it shows in everything she does.Centex is fortunate to have such a stellar representative, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Closing with Centex and Pulte was for the most part easy. Very stressful regardless, but we were able to get it done virtually within a month. Alexis the builder was phenomenal and the majority of the rest of the team, especially Kristen, too!

If you are looking A great builder that Will meet 100% of your expectations Centex Homes is what you need in your life. Ms. Kristen Minth went over and beyond to help me and my husband Marcus , she explain that Pulte mortgage is the lender , and that they have been around for a mini years what a great reputation . Ms Kristen was so knowledgeable about Centex the Builder she told us all the ends and outs when I told her that I already had a excellent realtor Mrs Cherry Bryant to represent us ,that did not deter her from doing what she do “ giving it 110%”😊at first, I was very nervous and unsure about buying a brand new home but she reassured me that she would be there for me and my husband from beginning to end and she did just that ,we closed on our new home August 16 th 2024 . I can say that this was one of the best days of my life .🤗 I have to give Ms Kristen her flowers because she is one of a kind she became like a sister from another mother I got so comfortable with her ,”now that’s excellent customer service “ You could tell that she really enjoy her job . also, Mr. Miguel showed me and my husband the house and gave us the opportunity to pick out any flaws and mistakes there. Anything that we needed to be fixed or concerns for. Miguel took care of everything and said he would still help us for the next 30 days after closing and that, even after that, he was just a phone call away. Mr. Miguel was excellent ,we did three walk-throughs with him. He made sure that everything was a 100% good before closing😃 I can say that I am pleased with our home my dream finally came true. If you are looking to buy a new home, Centex homes in Forney Texas is the way to Go👏🏾💯

So far super happy with purchase! Was an absolute pleasure working with Kristen and Alexis! They guided me throughout the process and walk through. Alexis went above and beyond, with constant communication and providing me with all the info on various warranties and maintenance of the house. Feel very supported by these two which makes this whole process less stressful!

100% recommend working with Kristen Minth. She is very thorough and ensures communication every step of the way. We also recommend Alexis Cardoso the builder who was more than accommodating during our walk through. He’s very knowledgeable and courteous and didn’t mind answering all of our questions. He was also very communicative which made our purchase that much more seamless.

Love everything about my house. We closed on time as planned . They kept their word and did not postpone or change the closing date. Mehn when it comes the the builder’s Manager - Vernon, he is simply THE BEST OF THE BEST. I will definitely recommend this builder to anyone and everyone.

Nice builder. Did not wind up buying here but I have to say the brick is super nice and the houses are nice. I needed something to accomodate my handicap brother and they didnt have anything that could have worked for us.I wish they had one like the model home available. All in all though very nice houses. 5 stars.
