Our son & daughter-in-law are being relocated from Anchorage, Alaska. Mom & I did the preview, and the legwork for them. We were fortunate to work with Karla Cordero via telephone (during her recent illness). She ensured that the home sale & closing was progressing while maintaining regular and timely communication with the new home owners. We cannot speak highly enough about her attention to the details of paperwork involved. If there was a question, she had the correct answer.We were also blessed with Ossiel Maldonado, builder/superintendent; a man with an eye for quality craftsmanship. During our walk through, he had very few items that needed correction. He goes the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction. Every house that he builds becomes a home for someone; but his mission is to complete each as though his mother would be living there.Karla and Ossiel are true professionals, a great community team, and an asset for Antares Homes. They truly care about each home owner, even after the sale and closing. We loved working with this team. Mike M.
