This builder constructs an amazing line of homes across DFW. They are local! I have been impressed with the helpfulness of the sales counselors and the quality of the home for the price. They utilize unique insulation and foundation technologies.

Let me first say, we LOVE our home. It is everything that we could have hoped for for our first home together. However, I cannot leave a review without mentioning Karla. Karla was AMAZING. She walked us through every step of the process and was always willing to answer my dumb, first time home buyer, questions and was soooo responsive. Not to mention that she kept us so in the loop on every step. As many people know, the housing market is crazy and new builds seem to be a moving target, but Karla let us know about each step that she was going through so that we knew where we stood on everything. We feel so lucky to have had Karla on our team for this process; she made it a truly amazing experience.
