My family recently purchased an American Legend Home and it’s absolutely beautiful. The design is thoughtful, deliberate and elegant. The home is spacious and open. It appears that attention was given to details, especially the storage areas including closets and in the overall floor plan and design. My home was a spec home so we did not choose the particular materials or colors but I love what was chosen. The WildRidge sales team was very professional and friendly and took care of us throughout the purchasing process. Richard was amazing and his assistant was also wonderful and gave us a welcome basket of goodies after our closing which was beautiful and very thoughtful of her.My home was not without a few issues that required attention from our construction manager Peter Ruus. We had some minor issues requiring touchup and a couple other less minor issues. Peter is a man of tremendous character and patience. He always responds immediately to my text or emails and takes care of my concerns in a timely manner. Our experience after purchasing our home has not been without some hiccups but the professionalism and ownership Peter takes over the concerns and issues have been exceptional. It’s not everyday you meet a person with the integrity and empathy for customers that this man demonstrates. A couple of the problems that I experienced with my new home could have been stressful and discouraging and could have been the difference in American Legend Homes receiving a less than favorable review. Having a person like Peter to manage warranty issues, customer expectations and customer satisfaction is priceless for a company. Instead of being devastated and disappointed about my new home, I have faith that though it may not have been imperfection free, those issues discovered were corrected and my home has been made whole and as perfect as it can be. I can honestly say that I believe Peter’s goal is to always provide a home that is perfect and without any inconveniences for his customer. Peter has been all the difference for me and I truly appreciate the time and effort he has dedicated to expediently meeting my expectations as a new home owner. I am confident that we made the best decision when we chose American Legend Homes.

American Legend Homes is the best. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new home. I am so thankful for all of the hard work that was put into the planning, designing and construction of our house. I have been working for this company 8 years, and it truly has been a blessing to our family. The company went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. I want to thank Blake, Frank, Krystal, Nancy and Scott; they all are incredible!! They were on top of their game making sure everything was done correctly and on time. I also want to thank Marie and Diney for their work as well as Peter for advice and expertise. They got us in our home before the expected completion date, so we would not have to stay in a rental home longer than needed. We love, love Wildridge and everything that has to offer.It says a lot when a company takes care of its employees. Grateful to be part of this company, and grateful for our beautiful home.

Absolutely love the community and neighborhood. Gorgeous homes, lake access, and more. Kim was fantastic. Her assistant was super sweet as well. We enjoyed getting their knowledge and opinions on everything. She is super patient and not pushy at all. She didnt try to oversell or push us on a buy. We cant wait to live here :)

This was our first time building a new house. Kim & Floyd have both been good to work with. Kims communication especially was excellent and always responsive.

Love this community and American Legend builder. Quality construction, good HOA, beautiful community with lots of greenery and trails, very good neighbors.
