2024 update ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After several meetings and engineers assessments, I’m happy and please with their findings and recommendations. Although I was extremely frustrated and angry in 2023, I can honestly say 2024 is a GREAT YEAR. Communications with the builder and engineers have been productive, encouraging and intentional.John (American Legion) and Bob ( engineer) EMBODIES PROFESSIONALISM! Their words were easily understood with no room for ambiguity. John and Bob express themselves clearly and concisely, avoiding jargon or overly complex language.Thank you for understanding and addressing our concerns.Shirley Ellington2023: I rate American Legion with ⭐️. 2024 I’m rating them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️In 2020 our beautiful, EXPENSIVE and forever home was ready. We moved in March 2020 and were very excited. Needless to say our excitement was short lived.In 2020 and 2021 we noticed paint chipping in 2 rooms and had to replace our back door because it would not close. In 2022 we noticed a huge crack on the side of our house. The crack is long and deep. In addition, more paint started chipping and falling off the wall. 2023 every room in our home has a crack in the wall or a cracks along the seam. Paint chips are falling everyday and the crackers are getting longer and deeper.The builder measured our home twice in 2 years to see how much the house has shifted. In the mean time we replaced 2 doors, 1 window and now the ceiling in our living room is linking!!!!!!!!!!! Guess who are stuck with THE BILL!!?!!?!?!! WTH! I would never ever recommend this builder again. WE HAVE BUYERS REMORSE BIG TIME!I’m still waiting for the builder/engineer to give us the measurements from their previousassessments.Our dream home has BEEN A NIGHTMARE!
