Construction Quality = Piece of Mind = ALHIf you are looking for a new home with ALH you are in safe hands. Amazing Erika & team. They are always phone call away & ready to help!They understand first time home buyer needs and making sure we are comfortable to move forward.They are premium builder and commits to maintain the quality of home construction and better buying experience!Dont fall for low sqft rate with other builder. There are lot of things goes in. its basically what you pay..what you get. If you want BEST Quality home then go with them.Feedback for improvement:Reason for 4 star, Not having flexibility on the 3K lender credit, it’s like go with blue star group (Fairway mortgage) then only you get it, while preferred lender is smart to increase the mortgage cost or rate to adjust the credit amount. At the end it’s just for name sake and buyer is NOT benefited with builder/lender credit.

Very good staffing people and DRaye is really helpful and explained about the design options and the way upgrades included . She is very positive and professional, American legend is really good builder in this community
