American Legend Homes is an excellent builder, and BridgeWater is a beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned community. From start to finish, our Sales Associate, Gaige, was incredible—he truly feels like part of our family now. We had countless questions and requests throughout the process, and both Gaige and American Legend honored every single one, no matter how big or small.Chase, our builder, was equally outstanding. He was highly communicative and always willing to meet with me to discuss non-standard changes to our home. His attention to detail and commitment to quality made all the difference. Gaige and Chase continue to check on us after move in and we’re grateful for it!We highly recommend this builder and this team to anyone looking for a home in DFW!

The transaction that I partnered with American Legend’ s Gaige Vine as the Sales Counselor was absolutely wonderful. He was trustworthy, transparent, and so easy to work with. As a realtor, it was extremely rare to come across a Sales Counselor with not only the knowledge, but the forthcoming and caring characteristics that put my Buyer and I at ease. Thank you Gaige!! We so appreciate you!!!! I could not end this review without acknowledging the hard working and pleasant professionalism that Construction Manager Stephen Lang exhibited. Awesome team!

Gaige and Herb were fantastic to work with on our build. This being our first home build we were nervous but they helped every step of the way. Couldnt be more pleased and would recommend them any day.
