    I can not say enough good things about this company. We called 3 other roofing companies for our commercial property - Alta RGV was the only one out there the very same day and got us scheduled in immediately. They provided us with 3 different options and included photos and measurements and a workmanship guarantee and they were even more cost effective than the prior contractor we had used and they came as a team!Alta showed up on time & on the schedule they communicated, Sam was extremely responsive to all questions and provided some amazing photos from start to finish. Their professionalism and quality of work was truly above and beyond expectations. If you own a commercial property in the Brownsville, TX area you will not regret going with Alta RGV.     Impressed above and beyond with Alta Rgv Construction , Eduardo and Samantha assisted me thru the whole process of getting my insurance to pay full replacement on my roof after the hail storm , was a bit doubtful but thankfully all I had was a 900 out of pocket payment of my deductible . Quality of material was an upgrade on my shingle job was completed all in one day and even went as far a replacing Deteriorated wood , really recommend this company.     They really did a great job in installing our roof in a single day. Prior to saying yes to Alta I received another quote from another roofing company and they were able to match that. They took off the whole thing and placed it right back up without an issue that same. Additionally, they fixed an unrelated roof issue in my house at no extra cost. The representative Jorge Sanchez truly went above and beyond prior, during, & after the whole roofing process. I highly recommend this company.

    In a city rife with unlicensed and unethical contractors and terrible construction companies, Sergio Perez and Alta RGV Construction were truly heaven sent. I live in San Antonio and my elderly mother lives by herself in Brownsville. When it came to replacing her roof both her and I were ridden with anxiety due to very unpleasant previous experiences.Sergio was approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to address all our concerns and put us at ease from the beginning. I was worried about a last minute cancellation due to the weather but the working crew arrived on time and the weather cooperated and allowed them to work.The working crew was very professional and arrived ready for work, no torn shirts or flip flops. No beer or loud stereos. They kept their working area clean and organized and carefully moved my mother’s items to prevent damage to her dear plants. They setup an area for trash and I really appreciate there weren’t shingles and nails all over the grass as they tore down the roof. They also had a crew member continuously running a magnet over the grass to catch any lost nails. They worked super fast and my mother’s roof was torn down and replaced in less than 4 hours.I’m amazed by the quality of work, material, and professionalism by everyone at the company. I cannot recommend Sergio and Alta RGV Construction enough!

    Had a real good experience with Alta RGV Construction and its people! From the person Luis that came by the house to talk to me and explained the package for the removal of the old roof and the new roof being installed the same day. All that was included in the package to replace if the roof needed it to the warranty and color we wanted! And I was amazed at the way they started fast at 9am in the morning and continued all the way till they finished at around 5pm that same day! They cleaned all around the house and took everything they said was going on their trailers to haul of to the dump site! Me, My wife and my kids love the new roof installed!     Better than excellent, I dont have a better word to express myself, they met the specifications of the contract, something that I really liked was when the representative Jose Escobar arrived on time for the appointment that had been scheduled, with little time to sign the contract the workers arrived to start the work and arrived on time, they worked until it was dark to complete the work, every night they cleaned the area, they had safety tools and it was used, they kept in touch about the progress and you could talk to ask questions and They answered each other, whenever we left the house they took care of us from any danger, it was a reasonable price, they did not come with surprises of additional expenses, they gave away minor works that were not in the contract, one of the benefits of us is that they did not ask for money until the work was complete.     We got our roof installed today. We had it scheduled for the next week and our roof consultant Israel got us sooner. Through the entire order process he was exceptional, he communicated thoroughly and let us know what to expect, sent pictures of the damage and aerial views of the finished project. His crew was amazing, they finished quickly and cleaned up all of the material and as a mom of 3 curious littles that was a huge help. I would hands down recommend Alta RGV for your roofing and construction needs. Our home looks phenomenal.The Alta RGV company had us scheduled for next week and they were able to finish the roof a week before. Israel was the one who took our order and since that day they have excellent communication. He sent us photos, receipts and the guarantee quickly.
