I’ve been working with this builder to get my new home ready and built and their seller (Gina A.) has been amazing since the beginning. They’re willing to work with my on my upgrades/changes and Gina has been keeping up to date and has been timely with her updates! So far I’m having a great experience and to be honest, Gina has made it better!

Usually I’m hesitant to leave a 5 star review but, this builder has been exceptional.The craftsmanship and quality of these new homes, exceeded all expectations. Every aspect, from the foundation to the finishing touches, was executed with meticulous precision. The design and layout were tailored to a Texan lifestyle, creating a functional and beautiful living space that we now proudly call home. The builder’s commitment to using top-notch materials and eco-friendly practices was evident in every aspect of the construction.Beyond their exceptional workmanship, the builder’s team was a pleasure to work with. They were approachable, friendly, and always ready to address any concerns or questions we had. Their customer-centric approach made us feel valued and supported throughout the entire process.For any future home buyers of Alta Homes, my one Reccomendation is to take your time when go to the Design Center. There’s an array of combinations to decorate your home with cabinets, tile, the LVP flooring etc. Take your time as it can be overwhelming.I whole heartedly recommend this new construction home builder to anyone looking for their dream home in Texas. I bought my first home from Alta Homes and I am in love with every detail of my new home. The quality of the home is way better than what I have seen from other builders. I purchased in Conroe Tx and I am extremely great full for Juana and the team. She went out and beyond to help me with the closing.

Wonderful area, Willis is growing yet still has the small-town community feel. I love the Kingston floor plan, its stunning. The sales team is extremely helpful and informative. If youre building your new family home this is the perfect builder to use, they truly care about what you need and want to make you comfortable and happy with your forever home.
