Excellent work by Todd of Alltech. I chose Todd because he was very knowledgeable and offered me the best solution for my shower leak. He is a contractor who has been certified in California. He explained to me why the shower was leaking and why his shower pan was the best method. His helper was very careful and detailed. Couldnt tell that it was a bathroom repair. See the pictures below. I did do my part in choosing a tile that was darker but still matched the lighter tiles. Alltech comes highly recommended by me. I am already considering asking him to give me a quote for a kitchen remodel at my personal residence.

Everything was left in perfect shape, and the personnel was courteous and on time. Their meticulousness really makes them stand out!

Having several small chores accumulating around the house, I decided to hire these handymen. In addition to hanging several photos flawlessly, they cleaned a clogged drain and put a ceiling fan. Having everything done correctly and without requiring any effort was a huge relief!

This is an incredible company. Todd and Isaiah are top notch individuals who are professional, hard working, and have meticulous attention to detail. I recently bought a home and I had some French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owner. After removing the doors more lousy craftsmanship was uncovered in addition to some potentially hazardous electrical work.Todd listed out my options, but like it was said on previous reviews, these gentlemen don’t cut corners and offered to make this right and correct the problem in accordance with the current codes. The doors look amazing and electrical work is up to code.Lastly, I appreciate that even though I had a fairly small project, they still gave me the attention and put forth the quality of work expected of a kitchen remodel or another large project like that. Highly recommend this company for any construction or handyman needs. I will definitely be using them again.

Awesome work by Todd & Isaiah! in todays times many contractors wont talk to you or return your calls unless you are doing a giant remodel or are focused on doing as many jobs as possible even if that means cutting corners. Todd is the complete opposite, went above and beyond. Returned my call quickly and was able to meet all my needs and was even able to squeeze in some other projects I wanted. I was able to get dry wall repaired and painted, toilet installed, new vanity and new kitchen faucet installed plus new doors to our laundry room all in under 5 days. This was our first experience working with a contractor and we will for sure be going to Alltech for any future projects. My husband was super appreciative of Isaiah offering to educate him on things he was doing as well! all and all it was a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

Thank you Todd for providing such outstanding service! I worked with Todd to have 2 new patios installed along with a new walkway from the house to the end of the driveway. Todd was very responsive from the beginning and transparent about costs. Ultimately we chose Todd because of his bid and the comfort we felt after speaking to him more in-depth about our project. He then visited our site multiple times, including once with his concrete vendor to make sure everyone was on the same page and understood the task at hand. We approved the bid and Todd was quick to get the work under way. His employees and vendors were quick, courteous and did an outstanding job. Were just thrilled to have these new patios and walkway and cant wait to start making new memories. Thank you Todd for such a wonderful experience, were looking forward to many more projects together.

I have had Todd and crew do 2 projects at my house. I have been very pleased with the results. The first, I had chair rail removed from a room, re-plastered and painted to remove numerous colors of heavy paint. The second, his crew replaced both of the gates to my back yard. On both projects, Todd gave me several options and did not push me to choose one over the other(s). The quality was exceptional and Todd stands behind his work. I will definitely be giving him a call to finish out my to-do list.

Todd has done several projects for us over recent years. Recently, he finished a project in our kitchen that spanned several days. Im very pleased.When we started the project, Todd met with us to clearly understand our needs. He was very collaborative, talking through the options for our project. He worked with us on the budget, and didnt push the highest cost alternatives.Todd communicated well, responding in a timely manner to calls and emails. The work was completed per the committed timeline. And Todd came by after completion to inspect the work and confirm we are happy with the results.

We have used Alltech Construction several times to hang large pictures and to install fans and light fixtures. This past summer we had a electrical fire on a outlet in our sons room. We called Todd after 9 PM. Todd immediately called us and told us what we needed to do with our breakers to keep our house safe for the night. His staff was at our home at 9 AM to complete the repairs. Todd is honest, on time and does great work at fair price. We highly recommend Todd and Alltech Construction.

Todd and his team were professional and very communicative. Our bathroom flooded on a Sunday morning and he was there by lunch helping us repair the leak, but also did an amazing job laying new tile, sub-floor, molding, etc. They can do it all. I highly recommend.

Ive used Todd for several projects on my home. He is responsive, and on one occasion he didnt charge me anything because it was just a question of resetting a switch on a garbage disposal - house is rented so I wasnt there to manage it myself. I liked that he didnt just charge me his call-out fee. Been using him ever since! Would recommend him, no problem.

Thank You Todd! I was in a bind with the city due to a room expansion that was done several years ago and did not have the correct permit on file. This was something many other people I contacted declined to assist due to the hassle of working with the city. Todd understood my issue and helped guide me thru the city permitting process to secure the needed permits.
