My experience working with Alford Homes has been excellent. The family-owned company focuses on developing lasting relationships with their subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals. This has created a team atmosphere where all are working together to provide high quality and timely results for their clients. Greg Alford and his company work hard to communicate well with their clients. They maintain an open dialogue and provide timely feedback and information. Alford Homes is also committed to developing new and innovative designs for their homes, which keeps them on the leading edge of current market preferences. Alford Homes is excellent at providing information to clients describing new technologies, products, and services as well! From design to construction to interior finish out and follow up after move in, the Alford family knocked it out of the park! They are very attentive when it comes to warranty calls and any issues or concerns that home buyers may have. To me, this is what makes a healthy builder/buyer relationship.
