Weve had a series of hail storms here lately. With hail comes roof damage. My wife and I have recently purchased our first house together and so that means that we are the ones responsible for repairing our home. After asking around for a roofing company Aimco came up several times. After meeting with a few other contractors that were recommended. Aimco was the only one that was within our price range. We all know that cheaper isnt always the best way to go when it comes to contractors. In this case it worked out to be the best. I changed the plans multiple times expecting the price to jump up, but the only response I got was sure we can do that no problem. They started and finished exactly when they said they would. I was expecting that my yard would be in a little bit of a mess since it has rained so much here lately. I was wrong. My yard was in better shape when they left then when they had arrived. After raking up the the debris that had fallen of the roof. One of the guys straightened up my patio blocks that my dog had dug up. To say that these guys went out of their way to do a good job is and understatement. Whether its good or bad word of mouth is the best advertisement in my opinion. Aimco will be getting all future home repairs. Thank you Aimco for making this headache as painless as possible.

Aimco was professional and helpful. They fixed my roof the correct way. I am sure you can find cheaper companies but they won’t be doing it correctly/cutting corners. They brought my roof up to code and did the roofing job the correct way. The owner, Steven and Scott(don’t know his title), answered any questions I had, kept me up to date every step of the way, were fantastic to work with AND my roof is beautiful!

Post Hurricane Laure insurance provided for a new roof. The only company who I could get a return call from was Aimco. They came out and bid the job quickly. Price point was very reasonable, and they completed the job quickly. They work was done above what windstorm calls for, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Aimco to anyone needing roof work.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new AIMCO roof for our house and detacted garage. Saul and his installation crew did a very effficient, skilled and professional job for us. Steven Martinez and Rexanna Ebarb were our main contacts and both were excellent to work with. They were very professional and knowledgeable and patient in helping helping us make roofing and install choices we would be satisfied with in the long run. AIMCO said what they would do for us , and then did what they said.Excellent.

I called Steven to come out and give me estimate price on a new flat roof. He gave me 2 options that was reasonable. His work was neat and professional. Didnt leave no mess around. He even gave me a good price on my extended roof with a new gutter and skylight. I was satisfy with the work after it was completed. I even called him back 6 months later cause I had a bad leak in my daughters room down to the basement. He even came back out to check the problem, come to find out he advise me that my gutter was clogged and told me to remember to clean out your gutter 2 a year. In the beginning of the summer and the end of fall that way you wont have these future problems. He reinsure me that it was nothing on his part. I appreciate the time and effort he took out his time to come and check on my concerns. I would definitely call him in the future and recommended him to any friends or relatives that had a problem like mines or need services to their roof.

Needed gutters on my home and they did a phenomenal job. From start to finish, I knew I had picked the right outfit to complete the job. They did a kitchen remodel for me as well and Steve gave us a good deal doing both jobs at the same time. Workmanship was awesome and I will definitely recommend this company going forward. Helped fix my roof after the storm. Had several leaks and decided to use them for my roof replacement. They sent someone to come and inspect my home the same day that I called. My roof took a beating from the hurricane weather but they assured me I was in good hands. I appreciate their sincerity and vision to treat their customers right.
