A&G Homes is a local builder who has been building in the gated community of Bella Charca for many years now. They just opened their new model home in Phase 9 and its worth a visit. They have a good selection of modern floor plans with open concept layouts. As an added bonus, they actually have completed homes that are ready to move into! If you are in the market for a new home I recommend stopping in to check them out. Dont forget to ask about the incentives offered by the builder.

I am in love with A&G home builder in the Bella Charca gated subdivision in Nolanville. I have viewed all of the local builders inventory and am most impressed with the quality of these modern designs along with features that you only see in custom homes. They have great incentives right now for new construction, move in ready, homes!

A & G custom home builders are AMAZING! They have standard things that look like upgrades! These new homes in the Bella Charca subdivision are a sight to see! You drive around enough and you feel like you belong here! A & Gs local footprint the Nolanville area is some of the amazing homes I’ve seen. They are modern and not to mention the incentives for the new build purchaser. It’s also gated 🤯 makes you feel safe and that’s always a plus for a home! There’s so much inventory and more in the future! If you’re in the Nolanville area swing by and check out their model home!

This home builder has several, move-in ready as well as new homes coming in the gated community of Bella Charca, a beautiful subdivision in Nolanville, TX.They have great inventory of new homes and offer great incentives to home buyers. There is great amount of modern, open plans/designs to choose from. A&G is a local builder that offers beauty and quality construction.

I went to view a new home in Bella Charca and was impressed with the quality of the home. Many new homes I have looked at recently havnt been up to par, but these seemed like they were a really good quality construction, like a custom build would be. And I was very happy that they were in a gated community.I am leaning towards building with them as well because they are currently offering some pretty big incentives that similar style homes in the area arent matching.

A&G Homes builds high quality new construction homes. Very well laid out custom style modern floor plans in various neighborhoods throughout bell county. In some Gated communities and some not. Lots of Builder incentives.If you are looking for a new home I highly recommend checking them out.

This quality home builder has some of the best floor plans I have ever seen. Their homes in Nolanville’s gated community of Bella Charca as well as their Heritage Oaks properties are great examples of quality construction. Their Superintendant does a great job in making sure the homes give you the feeling of a custom home with quality finishes.

A tremendous new home built by a local home builder in the Bella Charca gated community. The neighborhood is within minutes of Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Temple, and Fort Hood (Cavazos). The quality of construction in modern homes is amazing. They have great incentives and an excellent inventory to choose from.
