This agency is a great opportunity for someone looking to buy their first 🏡. There are income guidelines as well as requirement to fulfill + I think some generic materials are used. Walls feel paper thin. I closed on my home almost 10 yrs ago + we were told the sub division would be getting a playground. They are just now starting construction on that. As with anything else you may encounter glitches here + there but over all its been a good opportunity. + majority of the staff at the facility is friendly.

Good prices for starter homes, you do have to keep the home for 10 yrs minimum, u cant beat the monthlys though. Process took about 1 yr.
