Finding a quality and honest contractor these days can seem almost impossible, but Ivan put any concern we had to rest as he went above and beyond throughout our entire project. We requested bids for an outdoor kitchen and pergola from 4 different contractors, but ultimately decided to go with Ivan based on value, professionalism and experience with projects similar to ours.As one might expect, we had tons of questions as we started to plan for and map out the outdoor kitchen. Ivan was always patient with us and answered any questions we had, while also providing honest recommendations based on his expertise. The coordination of each of the crews was seamless, and they all showed up each day upbeat, even in the Texas heat of summer!Ultimately, everything turned out beautifully and is excellent quality. We have a few other projects coming up and will undoubtedly be leveraging Ivan’s services again. Highly recommend!

Affordable DFW Contractors are true professionals, such a great company to do business with. I hired them to extend my covered patio, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The owner, Ivan Martin is hands down the most reliable contractor I’ve ever hired. He was responsive and easy to communicate with, and constantly checked in with me regarding scheduling. Ivan was available to answer my questions from start to finish. Both he and his crew understand their customer’s time is valuable, and from day one they were always here on time. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat. I was so amazed with the woodwork. When I thought they were finished, they would add another detail.Ivan made sure the work was coordinated between his crew that built the patio, the electrician, and the rain gutter installer so there were no delays. This kept construction on time and completed as agreed.Construction Crew - They were amazing, so nice and worked so hard. Yarihel is a master carpenter, a perfectionist who really takes pride in his work, and it shows. Yarihel & Hector exceeded my expectations. The woodwork is beautiful.Electrician – Anthony installed a ceiling fan, added two new electrical outlets, relocated floodlight, and hung string patio lights. He also added a light switch to turn the string lights on and off. It’s so convenient. Anthony was easy to work with. He even painted some of the metal to match the stain on the wood. Looks fantastic!Rain Gutter Installer – Alonso is top notch! He did a phenomenal job matching my existing gutters. Color is perfect. Looks great.!I love my patio extension! It added additional living space to my home. If you want a company that truly cares about their customers and their needs, is honest and affordable, I highly recommend Affordable DFW Contractors. I am so happy with my patio, and so glad I called them.Ivan and his team were wonderful and a such a pleasure to do business with.

Affordable DFW Contractors was great to work with! Ivan is responsive and very detail oriented. He was onsite daily, making sure the project was going smoothly and efficiently. Ivan has been working on my home since I moved in back in 2017. From the beginning there were some issues with the house I moved into from the previous owner. Ivan and his team recognized several problems and fixed them very quickly and efficiently. He replaced an upstairs balcony and also completely rebuilt my outdoor kitchen. This is amongst other jobs which includes work done on my roof, flooring, ceilings, finding leaks, restorative projects, and a host of other jobs. He and his group of contractors are the most professional people I know to the point where they have the security code to my home even while Im not there to come and do work if Im unavailable. I trust them just that much. Ivan has gone to bat with my homeowners insurance company on more than one occasion because he felt its what I deserved. Im extremely thankful for our personal and professional relationship and theres no job I dont feel they can handle.

I recently had another company come out and Install Hardwood floors and they did a terrible Job. Affordable DFW Contractors not came thru and saved the day. Not only we’re they professional and fast, they were incredibly priced and under my budget. Ivan and his team couldn’t have been easier to work with.I highly recommend them to everyone.

Ivan and his crew did an awesome job painting and repairing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They were professional, timely, neat with their work, and very easy to work with. He gave us a very fair and competitive quote. We will definitely be using him again for future projects.

My pergola has been rebuilt to perfection!I am in awe of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. All work was completed on time, according to contract. Cleanup was terrific.The crew kept me informed throughout the process, and I appreciated their professionalism.The owner is a gentleman and a man of his word.The estimate for the services was excellent and the contract was honored, to the letter.Highly recommend.

Just finished my second big project with Ivan and Affordable DFW Contractors. Cannot say enough positive words! After they did such amazing work on my custom covered patio, I had them come back for my kitchen and floor remodel. Honest, quality workmanship that wont break the bank! Will use them for all of my home remodels and repairs.

Affordable DFW contractors was the first and only option for all my projects at home. They gave me an excellent back patio and installed gutters, ceiling fans and installed my patio TVs. They gave many many different options so I didn’t feel like I had to go with my original plans. Most importantly if I needed any adjustments to my plans they were there to make it happen. When the wife is happy then you know I am. “Happy wife happy life. Prices are up front and explained in detail so you feel comfortable with them.

I recently had DFW Contractors complete a concrete patio for me. They were reasonably priced, punctual, and efficient. If you looking for a contractor, I would contact them first! If I have any additional work that needs to be completed, I will be using them.

I had a great experience with this company! For years, Ive had a slow leak in my bathroom ceiling, and Ive had people come cover up the spot, but I explained my concerns to Ivan and we discussed possibilities, as well as solutions for each possibility.He and his staff figured out the problem, and I had it fixed within a couple of days!
