We have been resident of Adelton in Bastrop for the past 10 months and we absolutely love our home and are so happy we left the city and came to Bastrop!. Empire had the perfect, spacious floor plan for us and Xochitl made the entire process easy and was always available for any questions we had! We are very excited to see the Adelton community grow and cannot wait for all the amenities this beautiful community will offer in the years to come! Thank you Xochitl and everyone in the Empire Team for building the perfect home for our family!

Adelton is a beautiful new community just outside of Bastrop, Texas. My wife and I visited this past weekend and came away very impressed by the quality of Empire Homes being built. The design elements are extraordinary and the craftsmanship appears to be excellent as well. That said, I think we were most impressed with Xochitl (Sales Consultant). It was a very busy Sunday and she made us feel important. She answered all of our questions and when she did not know the answer she followed up with us the next day after researching. It’s truly rare to get that kind of service these days. I would highly recommend her and Empire.

Xochitl thank you for all you have done for us. Xochitl is the best home sales person and an extremely good human being as well compared to few others home sales people that we have come across and experienced. She is very professional, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable in home sales. She went out of her way many times to help us and answer all the questions that we had. She has the art and skill to take away any and all the anxiety that a new home buyer would have. She made the entire process of home buying a breeze but most importantly she treated us as her friend and not just another homebuyer or client. She is very honest and gives you good advice. For first time homebuyer she can be very valuable in making the right decision and will not steer you wrong. You can buy house with any builder or any realtor but you will not find anyone like Xochitl who makes the entire process easy and without any heartache. We would 100% recommend her anytime.

I recently toured a beautiful new model home in the Adelton/Empire Community off Hwy 20 near Bastrop, Texas a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with the quality of the model home. It was gorgeous, both inside and outside! Xochitl Barraza, the Sales Consultant, was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable with any questions that I had about the model home. I would definitely recommend anyone to check out Adelton/ Empire Community homes and be sure to ask for Ms. Xochitl.

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit one of your Adelton community model homes this past weekend. The design was lovely and delivered the wow factor. We have friends moving to the area soon and wanted to gather as much information as possible to aid their search. Xochitl Garcis was fantastic and took the time to answer questions and tell us more about plans for the community. Needless to say, our friends are interested in hearing more soon!
