I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding maintenance staff, Kevin, at Accent Homes in Tierra Este Community. His dedication and hard work have made a significant impact on our community. On move-in day, we had an issue with our plumbing and Kevin responded promptly and professionally. He not only made sure he fixed the problem efficiently but also took the time to explain what was done and ensured everything was in perfect working order before leaving.What truly sets him apart is his friendly and approachable demeanor. He always greet residents with a smile and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our community at the highest standards is truly commendable.

I have had a very positive experience working with Jacqueline Rodriguez. I have successfully closed on five properties with her and plan to continue working with her in the future. Just purchased my new house from Accent. We love it. Our sales person Jamie, was excellent. He was very patient and found what we were looking for in a house. First of all the quality is excellent. My other house is a Saratoga and there is an significant quality difference. The Accent homes also have larger lots. Also, the Accent homes are very open and have a more modern design.

Working with the Winton Homes sales representative, Michael Ritterbush, truly made the experience a great one for my clients and me from start to finish. Michael was there every step of the way making sure our questions or concerns were addressed. From the design to the final walk-through, he made sure my clients were taken care of and that their dream home was delivered accordingly. He made sure to stay in constant communication with me as well. I have worked with many local builders and their representatives; Michael sets the bar high for the competition.

We purchased our house from Accent back in 2011 and couldnt be happier. Their staff was very helpful from day one and answered any/all questions we had. Moving from Arizona to El Paso was a stressful time for our family, but the expertise from the staff made the transition into our new house very easy. The worksmanship and quality of build is second to none. I would definantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality home at a great price!

Accent truly went way beyond anything I have ever experienced with a builder before. During our first 2 years they address all of my warranty issues. And we are got everything fixed. Well we had a special situation. Nevertheless they really honor good work and good materials . Accent really cares about the work they do and keeping their customers satisfied.

One of the main things we really like about the model we chose is the double sink and overall layout of the master bath. And the fact that the location is so wonderful, with our backyard abutting the Franklin Mountains. The whole staff at Accent and the buying experience was very positive one for us.

And I was real impressed with the quality of the work. And Mike and Carlos were there every step of the way and answered any questions we had.
