Great Management, Beautiful SpaceRepublic Square has been an amazing experience so far. The management team is friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. The building, which is already stunning, is undergoing amazing new transformations and gets even better every day.As for perks, It has coffee stations throughout the building, great meeting rooms, underground parking (keeps my car covered and amazingly cool, and a stunning lake in the back.

Weve been in the building for the past 2 years. The team really enjoys taking walks around the pond, using the gym, and more importantly the upkeep of every area in general. This building has a modern vibe that we really enjoy.

We are a fairly new tenant to Republic Square (BP Federal Credit Union) and our experience from the beginning has been wonderful!Working with the leasing agent, the front office staff (Sarah and Rechelle), building personnel, security guards, building engineer, and other management has been very constructive in developing our new main office onsite.We highly recommend Republic Square to potential tenants for the beautiful location, thorough amenities, and excellent staff!Robert CorollaCEO, BP Federal Credit Union

This used the be Exxon Chemical. I grew up knowing this place all to well. My mother not only worked her in the intermediate crefit dept for 20+years she was one of the people who planted some of the trees and designed the walking trails. Prior to working there and Masters degree in botany she worked at the Houston Arboredum. Nature was her passion. I used to love having lunch with her there by the pond. I thought that water was magical.

Great vibe. Office building among the trees. Also has a pond. Hard to believe youre in a major city. They rent small offices. Saw what looked to be free bikes for borrowing. Pretty cool.

Kudos to the new property owners making the property publicly accessible and retaining much of the green space. Theyre already leaps and bounds more respected in the community than Skanskas sorry PR job across the street.
