Nimble is a great place to establish a hub for your business. If you are a solo-entrepreneur or a small business, this place can accommodate you. Facilities are clean and the coffee is hot!

Great place to set up an office. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. They have a couple of conference rooms equipment with televisions so you can host meetings. They also have a spacious area in the front to meet and greet visitors. This place is ideal for a remote office or new start up. They take care of most of the IT stuff, have a centralized printer/scanner if needed, and on top of that provide coffee and snacks. The amenities around the area are also very convenient such as places for lunch, banks, food, gas, shopping etc.

Roadpin Global Logistics set up office twelve months ago on the third floor of 250 Assay St.. The property in managed by Nimble Property management. Todate we have had nothing but excellent support from the staff and management of the complex. We work odd hours and the fact that we have 24 hour access helps tremendously. All our telecommunication support and IT support are provided by Nimble. We are very happy with their service. The attached parking garage is secure and accessed through registered licence plate numbers or a gate key. The office complex offers a wonderful atmosphere to work in and there are Two excellent restaurants on site for you dining experience.

I had never rented an office space before this and I wasnt sure what was out there. My neighbor recommended Nimble Workspaces to me and I so glad he did. Ian Adler and his team made it so easy to rent (I needed 2 weeks in one month and 2 weeks in another month and he accomodated my needs perfectly. Super clean office spaces, great environment, and 24 hour access ... I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

This was my first time renting office space. The building and space are secure, safe and beautiful. It was an amazing experience. Niki Hayden was fantastic during the entire process.
