After working from home for nine years, I decided to make a change and joined Expansive, taking advantage of their promotional rate. Im so glad I made this decision! The office space is beautiful and features excellent kitchen amenities. Best of all, the staff is exceptional - particularly Taiya, who greets everyone each morning with a warm smile and helps with whatever they need. Thank you to the amazing Expansive team!

I’ve been renting an office at Expansive North Austin for a while now, and it’s been an incredible experience. The space is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a fantastic common area that fosters both productivity and networking. One of the best perks is the regular community events they host a few times a month, which add a great touch to the work environment.A special shoutout to Kendall, the area manager, who went above and beyond to help me find a deal that fit my budget. The staff is always friendly and professional, making sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, my office overlooks Mopac Highway, offering a great view while I work.If you’re looking for a flexible, welcoming, and well-managed coworking space in North Austin, I highly recommend Expansive North Austin!

Our Company has been using Expansive (North Austin) as our office space since September 24’! What a pleasurable experience for our staff and employees. The community feel is more than impressive and the ability to allow my office to not be limited to a box makes it easier to drive the culture for our company. We host larger gathering where we tend to get loud in the meeting rooms and don’t bother anyone! The office / community manager Taiya is super as well…if we need anything or wanting to join in the numerous community events, I know she’s a hello away!

It’s a very nice space and well taken care of. I’ve been a tenant here for a year now and no complaints. Our office has a great view on the top floor and I’m obsessed with the coffee machine in the lounge. Special shout-out to Christine!!
